General terms
Below we present the regulations that constitute the basis for the preparation and implementation of your purchases / orders.
The vcaedu.nl platform (website) presents the offer of VCA Talen services in the field of preparation for the official VCA exam. The offer includes online VCA mock tests and online VCA courses with exams (only classroom) in occupational safety.
The service provider, entity managing the platform, administrator of www.vcaedu.nl and its sole owner is the company VCA Talen, Kerkenbos 1097B, 6546BB, Nijmegen, KVK: 17173133, BTW no .: NL238780132B01
The purchaser of VCA Talen services may be adult natural persons, legal persons and organizational units without legal personality who place orders on the online platform.
The platform user may be a person employed by the Buyer under an employment contract or other contract based on legal provisions, directed by the Buyer to participate in the appropriate training (group purchase). This person must be indicated by name, surname and date of birth. The User may also be the Buyer, if he purchased the product for himself (individual purchase).
During the purchase, the Buyer / User may choose:
Online VCA training with an exam, hereinafter referred to as online VCA training with an exam. Online training is a collection of educational materials available on the vcaedu.nl platform, combined into one common whole, covering the scope of knowledge contained in the description and program of the training. After completing the online VCA training, the user enrolls in the classroom exam, which covers the material required to take the official VCA exam.
VCA mock tests together with the exam, hereinafter referred to as VCA mock tests together with the exam. These are sample exam questions of a certain number in the scope of the VCA exam preparation program. After completing the VCA online trial tests, the user registers for the exam in a stationary form.
The exam, hereinafter referred to as the exam, is an event with a defined place and time, scope and language in which the user completed the online VCA course or online VCA mock tests. The user signs up for the exam using the “Exam booking” option in his user account. The Buyer / User signs up for the exam, choosing the place and time among the available options on the platform. The Service Provider will contact the User within 12 hours to confirm the subscription or to offer another convenient place and date.
General information
To create an account on the online platform, it is necessary to provide an e-mail address, because individual documents will be sent via e-mail: registration confirmation, invoice, registration for the official VCA exam, copy of the diploma / certificate,
Purchase of products on the platform, i.e. online VCA training with an exam, online VCA tests with an exam, does not guarantee a positive official (final) VCA exam. The service provider does not reimburse the cost of the service in this case.
By registering on the vca-edu.nl platform, you consent to the storage and processing of your personal data by the company. The buyer / user has the right to access, correct and delete their own data. The provided personal data will be processed only for the implementation of the concluded contract and will not be transferred or sold to other entities and used in a manner contrary to applicable law.
The buyer and user are responsible for providing false personal data.
Placing an order does not mean accepting it. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse an order. The buyer will be immediately informed about the reasons for the refusal, in particular when for reasons beyond the control of the service provider the performance of the contract is impossible or significantly difficult.
Usage of the online platform
Orders on the vcaedu.nl platform are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Acceptance of the order and its implementation takes place through the website vcaedu.nl
The order is accepted for execution after correctly filling in the form on the vcaedu.nl platform
Before placing an order, the Buyer is obliged to read these regulations and accept them.
The order is processed after paying 100% of the payment for the purchased product / service
Using the vcaedu.nl platform requires an active e-mail account and access to the Internet
Using the platform requires creating a user account
After gaining access to the platform, the Buyer / User may change the access password
Access to the platform is limited in time
Each of the products on the platform contains a description in which the maximum period of using the platform is indicated.
Conclusion of the contract and provision of the service
VCA Talen services can be purchased via the vcaedu.nl platform, by e-mail or by phone. For individuals who sign up individually, the same rate applies on the platform. Companies that want to purchase group access to the online platform are each time asked to contact the Service Provider or use the group purchase offer.
Ordering the service online, by phone or e-mail, and then crediting the payment to the VCA Talen account is tantamount to obtaining the possibility of using the platform and finally taking the official VCA exam.
By clicking on the “buy and pay” button, a binding order is placed for the products / services in the basket. We confirm placing an order by e-mail immediately after receiving the order. A binding contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation by the Buyer.
The purchase requires an account on the VCA Talen platform. Through the online platform, the user has access to the previously purchased service (online VCA training and / or online VCA trial tests).
When purchasing, it is required to provide personal data of the candidates, i.e. name, surname and date of birth. The data is used only for training purposes, i.e. issuing official diplomas / certificates. The storage of personal data is in accordance with the Service Provider’s Privacy Policy (link here).
All product prices listed on the vcaedu.nl website are net prices in EURO. The final, binding price is the one for the selected product at the time of placing the order by the Buyer.
VAT is added to the purchased products in accordance with applicable regulations.
The administrator issues invoices in electronic form for the vcaedu.nl platform products. In order to receive an invoice, please fill in all the fields in the order form.
Buyers who are not subject to VAT calculation (e.g. companies registered in the EU) are required to contact each time via the contact form indicated by the administrator in order to consider the possibility of issuing an invoice without charging VAT.
In the event that the Buyer who is not subject to VAT, purchases the product via the vcaedu.nl platform without contacting the administrator beforehand, the invoice will be issued with VAT added.
The service provider may grant a discount on any type of product. The conditions for granting discounts are subject to change. The amount of the discount granted at the time of placing the order by the customer is binding.
Available payment methods:
– based on a deferred payment period of 14 days (this form of payment is reserved only for Buyers with whom the Service Provider has been cooperating for at least 2 years)
– Ideal, Mastercard, Visa, Sepa incasso, sofort, Przelewy 24
In the absence of contact with the Buyer / User, which is not the fault of the Service Provider, and excluding the fault of the Buyer, the payment for the products is not refunded
If all the tasks (online VCA course, VCA mock tests or books) are not completed due to the fault of the Buyer / User, the payment for the products is not refunded
The User / Buyer who has not completed the training is not entitled to financial claims or reimbursement of the fee paid.
Description of platform products
- Online VCA training with an exam is a product, the description of which is available on the vcaedu.nl platform
The administrator creates an account for the Buyer / user based on the indicated e-mail address.
A user account can only be assigned to one person.
Access to the service starts from the moment the payment is posted. The buyer / user receives an access code by e-mail (login, password), which he uses each time to log into the user’s account.
The buyer may change the password to access the platform at any time
The user uses educational materials and mock tests on the vcaedu.nl platform to prepare for the official VCA exam
Completing the online training course is not equivalent to passing the official VCA exam.
The VCA exam takes place only in a stationary form
The VCA exam is not available online
Registration for the VCA exam is possible only after completing the online VCA course, completed online VCA mock tests
After completing the online course, the buyer / user signs up for the exam using the “exam booking” field in the user’s account
The Service Provider contacts the User within 48 hours (on working days) from the moment of sending the “exam booking” in order to confirm the registration or with a proposal of another convenient place and time
It is possible to change or reschedule the exam up to 48 hours before its start.
After the above-mentioned period has elapsed, VCA Talen will not refund the examination costs
Access to the online platform is temporary and in the case of the VCA online training with the exam, 30 calendar days from the moment of first logging into the online platform.
After the time specified above, access to the online platform is blocked and the user’s data is deleted after 30 days
During the period of use, the Buyer / User has unlimited access to use the online VCA course
The buyer / user can perform the next stages of the course in the suggested order or choose the order of online training
During the lifetime, the buyer / user can complete the course an unlimited number of times or return to individual departments
The Buyer / User has 30 days to start the online training along with the exam. The buyer / user is obliged to take the exam within 30 days from the end of the online VCA training.
After the above-mentioned period has elapsed, VCA Talen will not refund the examination costs
After the expiry of the specified period, the buyer / user covers 100% of the cost of writing the inscription for the next VCA exam.
In the event that the Buyer buys more than one user account, the rules of granting access and the duration of the access are agreed with the Buyer each time.
- VCA online trial tests with an exam are a product whose description is available on the vcaedu.nl platform
Access to the service starts from the moment the payment is posted. The buyer / user receives an access code by e-mail (login, password), which he uses each time to log into the user’s account.
The administrator creates an account / accounts for the Buyer based on the e-mail address provided.
A user account can only be assigned to one person.
The buyer / user receives an access code by e-mail (login, password), which he uses each time to log into the user’s account.
The buyer may change the password to access the platform at any time
During the period of use, the Buyer / User has unlimited access to use the online trial tests
The user uses the purchased number of trial tests on the vcaedu.nl platform to prepare for the official VCA exam
Completing the VCA mock tests online does not constitute completion of the official VCA exam.
The VCA exam takes place only in a stationary form
The VCA exam is not available online
Registration for the VCA exam is possible only after completing the purchased number of sample questions
Registration for the VCA exam is possible only after completing the online VCA course or completing the VCA online mock tests
After completing the VCA online mock tests, the buyer / user registers for the exam using the “exam booking” field in the user’s account
The Service Provider contacts the User within 48 hours (on working days) from the moment of sending the “exam booking” in order to confirm the registration or with a proposal of another convenient place and time
It is possible to change or reschedule the date up to 48 hours before its start.
After the above-mentioned period has elapsed, VCA Talen will not refund the examination costs

After the time specified above, access to the online platform is blocked and the user’s data is deleted after 30 days
The Buyer / User has 30 days to start the online tests along with the exam. The buyer / user is obliged to take the exam within 30 days from the end of the online VCA tests.
After the above-mentioned period has elapsed, VCA Talen will not refund the examination costs
After the expiry of the specified period, the buyer / user covers 100% of the cost of writing the inscription for the next VCA exam.
In the event that the Buyer buys more than one user account, the rules for granting access and the duration of access are agreed with the customer each time.
VCA exam – a product description of which is available on the vcaedu.nl platform
The VCA exam can be purchased together with the online VCA training or the online VCA mock tests or as a separate product
The official VCA exam is not available online
VCA exams are organized and supervised by independent examination offices
VCA INFRA sets out the regulations and requirements for the content, duration and scope of the examination.
The buyer / user can register for the VCA exam via the vcaedu.nl platform
Registration for the VCA exam is possible only after completing the online VCA course, completed online VCA mock tests
After completing the online course, the buyer / user signs up for the exam using the “exam booking” field in the user’s account
The Service Provider contacts the User within 48 hours (on working days) from the moment of sending the “exam booking” in order to confirm the registration or with a proposal of another convenient place and time
It is possible to change or reschedule the date up to 48 hours before its start.
After the above-mentioned period has elapsed, VCA Talen will not refund the examination costs

The service is provided on the date, place and language provided in the e-mail confirming registration for the exam
The rules for the VCA system and exam are set in advance (www.vca-infra.nl) by the external VCA InFRA institution. The Service Provider acts in accordance with the regulations governing the rules of taking VCA exams and has no influence on the exam result.
To take the official VCA exam, you must appear at the designated place and time – in accordance with the information contained in the e-mail confirming registration for the exam and showing a valid and generally accepted identity document, ie ID card or passport. Driving license from outside the Netherlands is not accepted – the data provided during the order must be consistent with the data on the document
Registration for the exam does not guarantee a positive exam result. VCA Talen does not reimburse the cost of the course and / or exam in the above mentioned case.
Prices
The prices offered at the time the order is placed apply. The offered prices are final prices, which means that they also include VAT at the current rate. The product remains the property of the Service Provider until full payment is made.
Possible additional costs and / or discounts are communicated individually in the event of new circumstances, e.g. the need to retake the exam or send the diploma outside the Netherlands.
Payment
We offer the following types of payments: Ideal (dutch banks) and credit cards: Mastercard, Visa. The payments are handled by system of Rabobank.
Companies that cooperate with the Service Provider for at least 2 years have the option of placing an order with a deferred payment date (based on an invoice). For each order, the Service Provider reserves the right not to offer certain types of payment and to offer others. The service provider only accepts payments made from bank accounts within the European Union (EU). All costs of financial transactions are borne by the Buyer.
Personal data
In order to provide the service, it is necessary to provide the personal data of the participants of the official VCA exam. This is required for the issue of an official (named) VCA diploma.
The applicant is obliged to collect data and obtain the consent (in accordance with the signature) of the persons registered for the course in accordance with the GDPR – the right to personal data protection. Reporting via the contact form is tantamount to expressing such consent.
These data are to be error-free.
If necessary, these data will be passed on to the official institutions issuing the diploma.
These data can be deleted at any time at the customer’s request.
Persons whose data will be provided by the submitting entity must be informed about how their data will be used.
Only the reporting person has the right to request the provision of personal data.
The method of processing and storing personal data is described in detail in the privacy policy.
Any changes / errors of personal data on the issued diplomas / certificates shall be reported by the Service Providers
Changes / errors of personal data on diplomas / certificates can be updated free of charge within 14 days from the date of issuing the diploma / certificate.
Refunds of payments and withdrawal from the contract
Free cancellation and refund can take place up to 48 hours after paying for the product. After this period, the customer / ordering party covers 100% of the costs related to the subscription.
The order can only be canceled by e-mail or via the contact form
Withdrawal from the contract in the case of online products is possible only if the buyer / user has not logged in to the account and has not started using the online products.
If the user logs in for the first time after receiving access to the platform, he is not entitled to a refund of the purchase costs
If the candidate fails to apply at the previously appointed place and time to take the official VCA exam, the Service Provider will not refund the cost of the order
The service provider has the right to cancel the official examination free of charge within 12 hours before the agreed date. Cancellation of the order by the Service Provider may occur in the event of insufficient number of candidates or for random reasons.
Any refunds are made within 14 days from the date the order is canceled, to the account used by the customer for payment. In the case of payment by bank transfer, payments will be returned to the account from which the transfer was made.
Complaints
All complaints regarding the products / services purchased in our store, as well as the course of the contract, should be submitted by e-mail to the address serwis@vcaedu.nl within 14 calendar days from the moment of their occurrence. Complaints submitted after this date are not considered.
The Buyers will be notified immediately of any missing items in the complaint. Along with such notification, the Buyer will be sent information on how to supplement the deficiencies in the complaint.
The complaint will be considered by the Service Provider within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the complete complaint notification. On the indicated date, the Buyer will be informed about the position taken by the Service Provider.
Service
If the Buyer / User finds that the vcaedu.nl platform does not work properly, he is obliged to immediately inform the Service Provider about the situation by sending an e-mail to the address service@vcaedu.nl
In case of questions regarding the operation of the platform, the Buyer / User may use the FAQ / “Frequently Asked Questions” section or use the contact form.
Copyright
All rights to the entire vcaedu.nl Platform, its operation, educational and graphic content, name, internet domain are owned by its sole owner, VCA Talen, Kerkenbos 1097B, 6546BB, Nijmegen.
The vcaedu.nl platform is commercially distributed and protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Copying, reproducing and introducing changes to it requires the consent of the owner.
The platform may not be copied and / or transmitted or linked for commercial purposes without the prior consent of its owner.
The platform and its content may not be used for training purposes by training companies and associate professors during VCA training. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of € 50,000.
The user may not copy, distribute or make the training content available to third parties.
The user is obliged to use the vcaecu.nl platform in accordance with the provisions of applicable law as well as the provisions of the above regulations
The service provider is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of the platform
The Service Provider reserves the right to fully or partially disable the platform for an indefinite period for the purpose of repair or modernization works
The Service Provider reserves the right to change the above regulations as well as changes in the offer and prices for products. Orders placed before the date of introducing changes to the regulations, changes to the offer and / or prices are carried out based on the provisions in force on the date of placing the order.
These regulations are valid from March 20, 2020.
