When should I apply for an official VCA exam?

Once you finish all course materials and achieve examen results that surpass the minimum requirements, you are ready to apply for the official VCA-exam. Please read the instruction bellow. 

You may check the list of the official VCA exams using our interactive map. After providing your current location you may search for a closes places where and official VCA exam may be taken.

In the email you receive from VCAEdu after your purchase, you can find the Order Number in the subject line or at the top of the email. It is usually displayed as: "Order #12345". This order number is important for identifying your purchase.

Instructions for Completing the Contact Form:

Please provide the following information in the contact form below:

  • First and last name of the person taking the exam 
  • Date of birth of the person taking the exam (information required to issue a VCA diploma)
  • Select the place in which you wish to take the exam.
  • In the email you receive from VCAEdu after your purchase, you can find the Order Number in the subject line or at the top of the email. It is usually displayed as: “Order #12345”. This order number is important for identifying your purchase.

Important Information:

  • Our team will review your progress on the platform. If we determine that you may not be fully prepared for the official exam, we will contact you before finalizing your application.
  • Once your readiness and details are confirmed, we will contact you to finalize your application and agree on the best time for your exam.
